Oshkosh Cold Storage ages and sells bulk cheese.  We are committed to providing a service that will exceed our customers' expectations and we will do this safely and in full compliance with all relevant legislation.  Our facility has several storage temperature options which allow us to meet each customer's unique aging requirements.  In order to meet these requirements, we will operate using procedures and practices developed from systematic studies that include shipping, receiving, and aging temperature monitoring practices.  We will continuously evaluate our operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
